The reservation & rental process
- Contact us for availability. (Starting in 2024, it will be preferred venues, repeat clients, or known referrals only.)
- Receive the proposal from us.
- Review proposal and either accept, or make changes.
- Sign the contract and pay the non-refundable retainer.
5. Choose the customized template and backdrop options from your portal.
6. Final payment is due 30 days prior to event date.
