The reservation & rental process

  1. Contact us for availability.  (Starting in 2024, it will be preferred venues, repeat clients, or known referrals only.)
  2. Receive the proposal from us.
  3.  Review proposal and either accept, or make changes.
  4.  Sign the contract and pay the non-refundable retainer.
    5.  Choose the customized template and backdrop options from your portal.
    6.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to event date.
